Enquiries & bookings

Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we send written confirmation. Where online payment is offered, payment confirms your request and we will confirm availability with you; if we cannot confirm, we will offer alternatives or a refund.

Prices

Prices shown as “From ₹X /person” are indicative starting prices. Final prices depend on dates, availability, hotel category, group size and supplier rates. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are shown at checkout.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation and change charges depend on the airlines, hotels and other suppliers involved and will be shared with your quote. Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and health requirements. We are happy to advise, but final requirements are set by the relevant authorities.
